ENROLL YOU AS A MEMBER AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE "Parent
or Legal Guardian Authorization"

OF USE".
SECTION I: If 18
years of Age or over
By becoming a member of the New Media Casting network you assign to the New Media Casting network
all rights in and to any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes and
audio recording taken by the New Media Casting network or submitted to the
New Media Casting network.
You authorize the New Media Casting network to reproduce, copy, exhibit,
publish, or distribute by any means such photographs, motion pictures,
videotapes and/or audio tapes.
You agree that the New Media Casting network will be held free and clear of any
responsibility or claim for personal liability during production or
airing of said material.
Disclaimer
You understand that the New Media Casting network makes no guarantees implied
or otherwise for your subscription. You understand that the New Media Casting network
reserves the right to release information in the database to any third
party and or any corporation and that the New Media Casting network makes no
promises and accepts no liability from the outcome of the release of the
information. You understand that the New Media Casting network is simply a tool
to market your talents and the New Media Casting network is not responsible for
securing you work or for your representation. You understand the
choosing of talent for posted projects is at the discretion of the
producer, director or other industry experts who are searching for
talent for their projects.
Conduct Agreement
You understand that when you are contacted for an audition as a result
of your membership at the New Media Casting network, you agree to represent the
New Media Casting network in the utmost professional and morale manner. If you are not Agency
represented, you will identify yourself as a referral from the New Media Casting network.
You will not request from the client to be contacted directly in the
future. All work provided by client will be requested through the New Media Casting network.
In the event client requests you for a future project, you will direct
the client to the New Media Casting network for arrangements to fulfill their
request.

Guardian Authorization
As a parent or legal guardian of the individual who you are enrolling as
a member of the New Media Casting network, you certify have proper authority to
accept this agreement on their behalf and agree to the terms stated. You
agree to be responsible for all the charges that apply.
On behalf of the applicant whose information you are submitting as a
member of the New Media Casting network , you hereby assign to the New Media Casting network
all rights in and to any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes and
audio recording taken by the New Media Casting network or submitted to the
New Media Casting network.
